Role Overview:
As a Product Manager at Cust2Mate, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of your products. You will lead design requirements and specifications, work with development teams through delivery, and push for adoption of new tools by our customers, in coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Reports To VP Product
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hardware and software teams to develop and refine smart cart capabilities.
- Define key performance metrics and success criteria for smart cart development and deployment.
- Own the product lifecycle, from concept through production and post-launch optimization.
- Effectively communicate with senior leadership, providing updates on product performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead the discovery to analyse customer and market requirements to define the solution while keeping and meeting company goals.
- Empathize with users and apply best practices to enhance the product’s usability and overall customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyse user feedback and be data-driven to drive product improvements.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in retail technology, IoT, or smart hardware solutions.
- Excels in delivering the best user experience.
- Strong technical background in hardware and software integration.
- Experience working with retail partners and understanding their operational needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments is a plus.
- Fluent English speaking and writing. Other languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for customer facing workshops.
