Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced QA Manager to take ownership of the testing domain, leading a team of QA engineers and ensuring the highest quality of our products. This role involves developing test strategies, improving processes, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and development teams to ensure robust and reliable software and hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship and professional development.
- Define and execute comprehensive testing strategies throughout all development phases.
- Develop and implement automated and manual testing processes for both software and hardware.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Conduct system-wide testing for embedded software, hardware components, and integrated solutions.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and drive continuous quality improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Optimize and enhance CI/CD testing pipelines and workflows.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience including in software and hardware testing.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing QA teams.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong background in hardware-software integration testing – a must.
- Familiarity with communication protocols, embedded systems, and real-time environments – a plus.
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, PyTest, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
