Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dedicated and efficient Executive Assistant to support our Israel Regional Manager. This role is On-site only with great opportunity to work closely with leadership and grow with a fast-moving company.
This role is a great fit for someone with strong execution skills who’s eager to take ownership.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Israel Regional Manager.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
  • Create and manage reports, documents, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow up on action items across various projects.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients
  • Assist in coordinating with customers and supporting client-related processes.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Work with internal systems and tools to support ongoing business activities.
  • Prepare meeting summaries and ensure follow-through on next steps.

 

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel (including formulas), PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with internal systems and project management tools – an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience working with clients – an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor’s degree – an advantage.
