Role Overview

As an Implementation Engineer, you will ensure the successful deployment and adoption of our cutting-edge solutions for our valued clients. You will support the implementation process, from initial configuration to post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Configuration:
  • Configure and customize our software solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Integrate our solutions with existing customer systems and infrastructure.
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance.
  • Customer Training:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users.
  • Create user guides and other documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  • Onboarding:
  • Assist customers with the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our solutions.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and support, to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency  2-4 years of experience in retail technology implementation, IT project management, or a related role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of hardware and software systems, including IoT and retail POS systems. ·      
  •  Proven experience with troubleshooting and technical support.

  • Customer Focus: Ability to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional support.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in software implementation, systems administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
