Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly efficient Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Deputy CEO of Cust2Mate.

This primarily on-site role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the company’s leadership team and grow within a fast-paced,

dynamic environment. It’s an ideal position for someone with strong execution skills, a proactive mindset,

and a desire to take ownership and make an impact.

Requirements

Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel (including formulas),PowerPoint.


Key responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.

Create and manage reports, documents, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Track tasks, deadlines, and follow up on action items across various projects. Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients.

Assist in coordinating with customers and supporting client-related processes. Maintain organized records and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Work with internal systems and tools to support ongoing business activities. Prepare meeting summaries and ensure follow-through on next steps.
