Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development projects in a dynamic high-tech environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex projects that include hardware (HW) and software (SW) components.
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and expertise in modern program management tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program execution across HW and SW development teams
Create and maintain integrated project plans using tools like JIRA, IBM Jazz, Microsoft Project, or equivalent
Ensure project goals, deliverables, and timelines are met
Facilitate regular status meetings, stand-ups, and milestone reviews
Provide clear and concise weekly status reports to stakeholders and executive management
Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans
Ensure cross-functional alignment across teams, removing roadblocks and enabling collaboration
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful execution
Requirements
Proven experience (10+ years) as a Project Manager in a high-tech environment
Strong understanding of product development life cycles, from concept to release
Proficiency with program/project management tools such as JIRA, Monday, MS Project, Monday.com, or equivalent
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Technical background (e.g., B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) preferred
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
