Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Cust2Mate’s brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and positioning the company as an industry leader.
This role focuses on managing marketing campaigns and activities that will strengthen our brand and drive our penetration into new retail chains in new markets, particularly in North and Latin America and Western Europe. Our marketing activities are targeted at different audiences- retail chains, investors, partners and candidates. The marketing manager will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and manage marketing content across digital and offline channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and sales collateral, collaborating closely with external marketing agencies and our product team.
- Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across our SM platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.
- Work with our digital marketing agencies to initiate and oversee digital campaigns, such as email marketing, paid advertising in industry media, google campaigns, LinkedIn campaigns etc.
- Coordinate the planning, logistics, and execution of international trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Administer marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and analyze and report campaign performance.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and optimized for SEO.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Product Management and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and support go-to-market initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing communications role in a B2B high-tech company.
- Proven track record managing digital campaigns, PPC, Google Ads, and digital advertising.
- Strong content creation, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with social media marketing, especially on LinkedIn, X and FB.
- Proficiency in SEO, website management, and analytics.
- Experience organizing and executing trade shows, including design and production.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and product team and external agencies.
- Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is a must. Additional languages are an advantage
