Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Junior Specialist to join our expanding Quality Assurance team. Reporting to the QA Manager, this role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience testing both software and hardware components in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. The QA Junior will assist in executing test plans, identifying issues, and supporting the release of high-quality, reliable products

Key Responsibilities

· Execute manual test cases for software and hardware components.

· Identify, log, and retest software and hardware defects using standard bug-tracking tools.

· Participate in integration and regression testing for embedded and application-level systems.

· Contribute to QA process improvements by sharing feedback from testing activities.

· Take part in Agile development processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

· Review user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure proper test coverage and quality alignment.


Requirements

Qualifications:

· 0–2 years of experience in QA or software testing (internship or academic projects count).

· Familiarity with manual testing methodologies, test case creation, and bug reporting.

· Understanding of basic software/hardware concepts and testing principles.

· Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.

· Ability to work collaboratively within a technical team.

· Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:

· Exposure to embedded systems or hardware–software integration.

· Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, Java, etc.).

· Familiarity with CI/CD tools or version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git
