Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thinks like a Product Manager to own our internal data products end-to-end. You’ll define the roadmap for metrics, dashboards, semantic layers, and data contracts; gather requirements; ship delightful analytics experiences in Tableau and Looker; and drive adoption and measurable business impact. You’ll partner with engineering, PMs, and business stakeholders to turn questions into reliable, self-serve answers—while continuously evolving our analytics stack as new tools make sense.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the product lifecycle for internal data products: discovery → PRDs → delivery → adoption → iteration.

· Translate business goals into clear metrics, definitions, and source-of-truth dashboards (Tableau/Looker).

· Build and maintain dashboards, Visualizations, Explores, and curated datasets/semantic layers

· Prioritize a data product backlog, run lightweight user research, and define success metrics & SLAs.

· Establish governance for KPI definitions, filters, access, and change management.

· Partner with Data Engineering on modeling and performance; ensure reliability and freshness.

Requirements

· 5+ years in analytics or data product roles shipping dashboards or analytic experiences to business users.

· Proven product mindset: requirements gathering, PRDs, prioritization, and stakeholder management.

· Expert business SQL; strong data modeling fundamentals (dimensions, facts, grains, slowly changing).

· Hands-on Tableau (calculated fields, LODs, parameters, performance) and Looker (Explores, Dashboards; LookML familiarity a plus).

· Ability to define unambiguous KPI/metric definitions and manage changes without breaking trust.

· Strong communication: crisp storytelling with data and clear documentation.

· Comfort working in agile environments with Jira and Git-based workflows.

What We Offer

  • Making an impact in a growing, successful company
  • A dynamic learning environment
  • Competitive salary & benefits
  • Located in Tel Aviv, walking distance from the train station
