Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager at Cust2Mate, you will own the R&D’s Retail Media roadmap execution of products enabling retailers to monetize their in-store digital touchpoints through retail media solutions. You will collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, Retail Media partners, Marketing leaders and Cust2Mate’s software, data, and business teams to deliver advertising and analytics capabilities that transform how brands interact with shoppers inside physical stores.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and execute the product strategy for Cust2Mate’s Retail Media platform, integrating in-store advertising, campaign management, and data-driven insights.
· Work with software and hardware teams to enhance the Smart Cart platform’s advertising capabilities.
· Develop tools and APIs for campaign management, ad delivery, targeting, and measurement.
· Collaborate with data teams to create robust reporting dashboards and attribution models for brands and retailers.
· Lead the discovery process to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging retail media trends.
· Partner with business development and sales teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
· Define key metrics and success criteria for retail media performance and monetization impact.
· Ensure an excellent user and advertiser experience by applying best UX and data-driven practices.
· Communicate roadmap progress and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
· 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in ad tech, mar-tech, or retail media.
· Proven experience delivering digital advertising or monetization platforms.
· Strong technical background in software and data integrations (IoT/analytics/advertising systems).
· Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
· Deep understanding of the retail ecosystem is a plus
(including shopper data, brand partnerships, and advertising operations)
· Experience in fast-paced startup or growth environments is a plus.
· Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
· Willingness to travel for partner and customer meetings.
