Role Overview
e are looking for a motivated and service-oriented Helpdesk Support (Tier 1) specialist to join our technical support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees and customers, assisting with basic hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, chat, or remote access tools.
· Diagnose and resolve common issues related to hardware, software, and user access.
· Log and track support tickets using a CRM or ticketing system.
· Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or IT specialists when needed.
· Maintain accurate documentation of technical solutions and troubleshooting steps.
· Support users in a multidisciplinary environment combining hardware and software systems.
Requirements
· 0–2 years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support position (entry-level candidates are welcome).
· Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
· Basic understanding of computer hardware, networks, and common office applications.
· Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
· Ability to follow troubleshooting procedures and work under supervision.
· Technical English proficiency – required.
· Previous experience in a multidisciplinary (hardware–software) company – advantage.
