Role Overview
A combined role that spans the full employee lifecycle, integrating end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition with operational People processes. This position connects business needs with a high‑quality, efficient, and consistent employee and candidate experience.
Half of the role focuses on recruitment, and the other half on HR operations, employee support, and cross‑functional People initiatives.
It is a hands‑on, partnership‑driven role that works closely with managers, employees, and the HR team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Managing full‑cycle recruitment: role definition, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate communication.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and craft accurate role profiles.
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and recruitment platforms.
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and quality.
- Building and optimizing recruitment processes and tools.
2. HR Operations (35%)
- Supporting the implementation of new tools, systems, and People processes.
- Managing end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ownership of HRIS systems, including data updates and data quality.
- Managing contracts, forms, attendance reporting, benefits, and operational welfare.
- Supporting payroll processes in collaboration with Finance/Payroll.
- Analyzing People data and generating insights to improve processes.
3. Employee & Manager Support (15%)
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on People‑related matters.
- Supporting performance management, feedback cycles, and development processes.
- Accompanying employees throughout the employee lifecycle — growth, challenges, and wellbeing.
- Providing guidance to managers on People practices and policies.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR Generalist/HR Operations roles in dynamic organizations — required.
- Start‑up experience — strong advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to work in a tech‑driven environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees, managers, and candidates.
- Process‑oriented thinking, data analysis skills, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
- High proficiency in English.
