Key Responsibilities
We’re hiring Field Team Coordinators for supermarket branches in the Rehovot, Yavne, Modiin areas, for a dynamic on-site role that combines people, technology, and real customer impact.
What will you do?
- Guide and support field promoters as they introduce our smart carts in stores
- Provide clear and simple technical explanations on how to operate the carts
- Be present on-site, answering questions and assisting teams throughout shifts
- Ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and smart experience for shoppers
Where?
Supermarkets in the Rehovot, Yavne, and Modi’in areas (with expansion to additional locations across Israel).
Work schedule: Morning or afternoon shifts (availability for occasional Friday shifts is required) – a dynamic role with no two days the same.
Requirements
- People with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Availability for minimum 30 hours a week.
- Tech-savvy individuals who can explain technology in a simple, friendly way
- Background in training, promotion, or retail – a strong advantage
- Responsible, proactive, and passionate about fieldwork
