Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fast-growing startup. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building our team by leading end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles- from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements.
- Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and communities to connect with exceptional candidates.
- Represent the company and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve performance and hiring efficiency.
- Stay on top of talent acquisition trends and bring new ideas that keep us competitive and forward-thinking.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment in an organization, ideally in a startup or fast-scale environment
- Proven experience hiring for tech and business roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on approach, proactive mindset, and passion for recruitment.
- Team player attitude with a drive to collaborate, improve, and win together.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
