QA Student – Manual Testing

Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented student to join our QA team, performing manual testing on a smart cart system in both real store environments and testing labs.
The role includes conducting end-to-end tests of the shopping experience, testing edge cases, working with hardware (cart, scales, scanners, screens), analyzing logs, and documenting issues using task management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing based on requirement documents and test scenarios
- Execute manual tests both in the lab and at customer stores
- Run full E2E shopping process scenarios
- Conduct regression testing prior to version releases
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue management tools
- Work closely with development, product, and support teams
- Reproduce field issues and analyze logs
Requirements
- Student pursuing a relevant degree (Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or related field)
- At least one year remaining in studies
- Strong computer skills, including in-depth familiarity with Windows OS and settings
- Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good English (reading and writing)
- Willingness to work in a technological environment combining hardware and software
Advantages
- Previous experience in software testing (manual or automated)
- Familiarity with testing methodologies
- Experience writing test documents (STP / STD)
- Experience using Jira and Excel
- Knowledge of scripting and working with AI
Position Details
- Student position (4 days per week, flexible during exam periods)
- Changing work model (office + in-store testing as needed)
