Role Overview:

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for optimizing production processes, designing mechanical parts and assemblies, supporting new projects, assembling and testing prototypes and leading engineering solutions on the production floor.
The role involves close interaction with R&D, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement departments.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Improve existing manufacturing processes and implement new ones
  • Design mechanical components and assemblies (3D/2D)
  • Assemble and evaluate prototypes
  • Write technical documentation and work instructions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support the shop floor
  • Support NPI activities and transition from development to mass production
  • Work with external suppliers and technical partners

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. or Practical Engineer (P.E.) in Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role
  • Proficiency in engineering software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or AutoCAD
  • Hands-on experience in mechanical design and prototype assembly
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma – an advantage
  • Technical English – required
  • ERP systems experience – an advantage
  • An organized and detail oriented team player, with high responsibility and technical mindset
